Anthony Brach
Director of Operations, Photo-Science Management Group

Anthony is the Director of Operations at Phyto-Science Management Group, a Vermont medical cannabis company. He has a proven track record due to his passion and accumulated knowledge over 15 years of cannabis exposure. His cannabis industry teeth first got cut being a part of the first state licensed medical cannabis dispensary outside of Fort Collins, CO back in 2010. He has held an occupational license since 2010 in both the medical and recreational markets nationwide giving him great insight into the specific needs of each state and market. He has developed, operated and scaled high-tech indoor and greenhouse operations in CO, AZ, CA, and IL by utilizing several different cultivation methods. Anthony is currently designing a new greenhouse facility in central Vermont where he will lead operations. His drive is to provide the consumer with the highest quality and safest product while maintaining an efficient and effective work environment for his colleagues.

Al Sray,
Nexus Eastern US Cannabis Facility Manager

Al Sray is the Director of Cannabis Sales for the Eastern United States and Canada for both Nexus Greenhouses and RBI Greenhouses. He has worked with multiple medical cannabis cultivators in IL, MN, NY, PA, OH on issues ranging from licensing, to design to construction. He has also assisted cannabis grow designs and builds in MD, FL, MA and OH.

With over 13 years of experience in various aspects of our industry combined with a B.A. from Ohio State University, Al brings experience, knowledge of both the cannabis and horticulture industries, and a fresh perspective to problem solving.
